BoatUS, probably the foremost boating organization in the USA, has a "myboatus.com" page where members can set up their personal boatus.com home page.  They have included an option to link to our daily Boating Photo of the Day, and include a small version of the image on our home page, that when clicked  goes to full-size. They also include the caption and a link to the boatingpotd.com site.

This will not affect prior submissions, only ones sent from 8/10 and forward. I have included this information on the Entries Page on the site.

Bottom line is that the Boating POTD gets more exposure and the site, hopefully, will get more hits as well.

We are happy to get this type of publicity, especially from such a large and well-respected organization, in our effort to make 'POTD' a household word.

So keep sending in those quality photos, the audience is growing in size!

Here is a screen-shot of what my own myboatus.com personal page looks like after setting it to show the Boating Photo of the Day
