Even the best camera won't make an ugly model look good.

Worrying about the future of Olympus (or insert your camera brand here) won't change the future of Olympus.

I'd like to get a few more stops out of my camera, just like people in hell would like a cup of ice water.

Hoping for better technology is like wishing your life would go by faster. Best to enjoy what you have now, not worry about what's coming.

Even the best fisheye lens will yield an image that, unless corrected, looks ugly to the average viewer.

And Tommy Bahama said it best. "Relax"

Bill's thoughts for today.

All of that without one mention of "bokeh" or "RAW"Huh  Clearly you are not a DPreview graduate.  (neither am I)

I might add that those are original thoughts, go ahead and quote me if you like!

One more;

Do you think fish really see their environment like we see through a fisheye lens?
That would be weird.

With my 35mm gear I did have a fisheye lens.  In fact still have it, the burglar who hit my house didn't think it was worth stealing, took other lenses instead.  Anyways, very rarely used it.  The panorama technique with today's digital cameras is far, far more successful.

I always thought FE photos look like they were taken through the peephole of a hotel room door.
